WHY THE GOTBAUM ARREST SHOWN ON VIDEO BUT NONE OF THE 9/11 PASSENGERS?

THE TOP LEADERSHIP OF THE USA SIMPLY LACKS CREDIBILITY

St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and notes a curious circumstance that puts into proper perspective the recent hearings of the House Armed Services Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee at which General David Petraeus testified more or less according to President Bush's expectations about conditions in occupied Iraq after the surge of regular troops there.  Retired long-time CIA analyst, adviser and presidential briefer Ray McGovern was present as a spectator at these hearings and just before they began took it upon himself to bring to the attention of the House Armed Services Committee Chairman, Representative Ike Skelton, that General Petraeus had not been duly sworn to give the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.  Mr. McGovern's noble effort did not persuade Skelton (See http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article18355.htm) and the customary prodedure of administering the oath was not taken.  How typical of this Bush administration, whose president, vice president and then national security adviser all refused to testify under oath before the 9/11 Commission!  No wonder, then, that most Americans simply do not believe the 9/11 Commission Report and want a real investigation into what happened on 9/11.  Such an investigation must follow the long established investigatory procedure of taking into account those who benefited by the events of 9/11 and putting them under scrutiny.  This has never happened.  So now Americans find themselves having come full circle after a six year coverup of 9/11 to a self serving and rosy evaluation of the illegal occupation of Iraq which 9/11 conveniently triggered.  And just as certain leaders fear perjury charges, they have no compunction whatsoever in putting words into the mouth of their adversary Osama Bin Laden with bogus tapes surfacing as if on cue.  Not one American newspaper ever published Osama Bin Laden's denials that he or al Qa'ida had anything to do with 9/11.  There is absolutely no evidence that would stand up in a court of law and implicate Osama Bin Laden or al Qa'ida in the terrorist attacks of 9/11.  To the contrary, evidence exists that 9/11 was an inside job.

St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and, in advance of this week's scheduled release of Virginia Governor Timothy Kaine's report on the 16 April 2007 Virginia Tech massacre, notes once again that alleged assassin Seung-Hui Cho's mad act effectively diverted public attention from new reports on old atrocities ordered and carried out by US forces against Korean civilians in late July 1950.

In what seems to be a marvelous coincidence, on 13 April 2007 -- just three days before Cho is said to have gone on his murderous rampage -- ABC News carried an unsourced Associated Press report alleging the Pentagon's admission that its 2001 report on the massacre of Korean civilians at No Gun Ri withheld crucial evidence of intentional war crimes.  See:

Thus did Cho -- a Korean American -- avert a public relations disaster for the Pentagon in this long simmering controversy and thereby turned the tables so that Koreans -- and not Americans -- were offering profuse and profound apologies the following week.  Citizen St. John fears that Governor Kaine's advisors will have steered him away from this salient fact.

Earlier, on 11 January 2001, in his last days in office, President Clinton addressed the Korean people in terms of sympathy and concern arising from 1999 Associated Press reports of eyewitness testimonies of wartime atrocities at No Gun Ri and many other places in southern Korea.  Clinton ordered an investigation, but, in the opinion of many Koreans (among others), his successor, "war president" and "decider" George W. Bush, followed through with a whitewash.

Indeed, Bush & Company have used unprecedented levels of fraud and force to forge unjustified quarrels against nations so as to destroy them for their wealth.  A military intelligence "black operation" to neutralize the feared impact of bad publicity from the 13 April Associated Press allegation about the Pentagon's stance on No Gun Ri would be entirely consistent with this Bush Cabal that has successfully stoked civil war in Iraq by means of "black false flag operations" carried out by elements of its public and private occupation forces.

In such a scenario, Seung-Hui Cho would have been a national asset, like a card ready to be played.  Virginia Tech hosts "The Farm," where mind control experimentation is conducted under the aegis of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.  When the massacre occured, Virginia Tech was involved in an earlier stage of operation Noble Resolve, which was again conducted just last week in the Portland, Oregon area.  Such operations have been known to "go live" before, as on 9/11, when NORAD was apparently infiltrated and stood down during multiple drills against terrorist attacks.  The Strangegloves of DARPA are most likely to know the whereabouts of Cho's missing computer hard drive.

If this is a wild and irresponsible conspiracy theory, then why hasn't any commentator in either the mainstream media or even the alternative media raised the issue of the Associated Press report on the Pentagon and No Gun Ri if only as a purely coincidental circumstance that perhaps triggered Seung-Hui Cho's decision to kill so many people three days later?  After all, observers say it is the younger generation of Koreans -- Cho's generation -- who most resent the war crimes, whereas the older generation are cautious about stirring trouble and continue to look forward.

The conspiracy of silence is deafening and raises important questions about the professionalism and integrity of the news media.  It took four days to get Cho's names straight.  Strategic implications were ignored in favor of the all too familiar fare:  the pros and cons of gun control; weapons oriented computer video games; psychotropic drugs; psychological guesswork; the lengthy history of seemingly purposeless massacres in the English-speaking world.

Only a few researchers on the Internet have raised the issue of mind control with respect to the Virginia Tech massacre even though DARPA's footprints are up and down the Shenandoah Valley, not far from Washington, where America's leaders still need to face the hard truth about 9/11 and the psychopathic Zionist Neoconservative quest for world domination by any and all means.  With specific reference to the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon, the NORAD stand-down is a distraction pure and simple.  On 9/11, Cheney oversaw a stand-down of a perfectly capable missile defense system for the Pentagon, which was witnessed unwittingly by Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta when the approaching "American Airlines Flight 77" was at least "fifty miles out."

St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and points out that the logical investigative process chosen for the 1 August 2007 collapse of the Interstate 35W bridge in Minneapolis, Minnesota was assiduously avoided in the case of the freefall collapses of the Twin Towers (WTC 1 & 2) as well as the Salomon Brothers Building (WTC 7), the latter of which was not even hit by an aerial vehicle or significant debris from the Twin Towers on 9/11.  The commendable method to be followed by investigators in Minneapolis is firstly to rule out nothing and consider every possible cause or contributing cause of the bridge collapse.  The National Transportation Safety Board will run a computer program to calculate stress and other factors on each part of the bridge.  More importantly, the NTSB will retrieve all the debris from the bridge collapse and lay it on the shores of the Mississippi River for close inspection of each part in an effort to determine the cause and actual mechanics of the collapse.  Just as in the case of TWA Flight 800, the great cost of such a time-consuming process was correctly justified as the right thing to do, if not to solve a crime, then to establish a valuable lesson to prevent further occurrances of such disasters.  Why, then, was this not done in the case of the terrorist attacks of 9/11?  Why did Mayor Giuliani elect to ignore good advice and opt for a quick removal and recycling of the WTC debris before proper forensic examination could take place?  As a former US Attorney, Mr. Giuliani knows the importance of preserving evidence at any crime scene, let alone what may well be the crime of this young century.  So do Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth (http://www.ae911truth.org), but they want new hearings into 9/11 to expose falsehoods and discover what really happened.

MIDDLE EAST QUARTET SCHMUARTET BUNGLENUTS

St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and laments the diplomatic Quartet's utter lack of achievement and failure to alter or abolish certain measures that have proven ineffective or have been harmful from the start.  The Quartet appears to be bewitched, bothered and bewildered as it declares its concern over unfolding events that are ultimately of its own making, yet remains committed to its dubious objectives.

The Quartet's very structure raises doubts; it omits the Arab League, whose interest in dealing with and resolving the Arab-Zionist dispute is paramount; it has overlapping representation with the USA, Russian Federation and European Union as members of the other principal component, the United Nations, which arrangement suggests continuation of last century's paradigm of western solutions imposed on Middle East nations.  This is hardly a success formula.

The land west of the Jordan River is one land and the interests of the indigenous population -- past, present and future -- rest on a higher authority than Lord Balfour.  A much higher authority.  An Eight Part Peace Proposal for Greater Jerusalem calls for the creation of a State of Jerusalem with one capital, Jerusalem, and one citizenship; in this regard it is well to remember that the patriarch Abraham lived at peace with his neighbors without any thoughts about "transfer" or "separation" or "apartheid."  The Quartet's goal of a "two state solution" will only foster a psychology of a "half-empty glass" and postpone future strife.

Justice is the real foundation of a sovereign state, but there can be no justice when Zionist crimes are minimized and Arab crimes are maximized.  The right of return of dispossessed Palestinians cannot be ignored.  Don't forget that the erstwhile USSR, the supposed backer of the Arab "rejectionist" states, allowed about a million Jews to emigrate out of Russia into the Zionist state when the Kremlin could have -- but didn't -- used its leverage to include Palestinian exiles in its deal with the Zionists.  Is this the Russian Federation's qualification for special inclusion in today's Quartet?  Will Putin be the one to convince the Arabs that the "right of return" is no longer practical?

Nearly all the Christians of the west pray the Lord's Prayer and repeat by rote "Thy kingdom come" before preaching democracy.  They are all schizoid and badly in need of psychiatrists, especially the ones in government whose decisions are so harmful to others.  The overturned elections in Algeria and, more recently, in Palestine, are but overt examples of their shameless hypocrisy; corruption is endemic in the democratic process with very few exceptions.  This is a very difficult problem to fix; generally speaking democracy should adapt to the culture of a people, and the culture should not have to adapt to democracy, especially at gunpoint.  Here one member of the Quartet, the United Nations, shows a positive example by allowing abstention in voting, which gets as close as one can get to pristine democracy.

The Zionists are so very fond of creating "facts on the ground" by their illegal, unilateral actions, and of saying of the Palestinians -- after provoking them for the umpteenth time -- "the only thing they understand is force."  This attitude and behavior and their self-fulfilling consequences are at the root of the problem and need to be changed.  What better way to do this than to adopt a spirit of compromise and engage "the other" with constructive deeds and not just words?  Of course if the Zionists must "win" their war with Iran, they also risk being mortally wounded in the process, as well as springing a trap for US forces in the Persian Gulf and Iraq.  An Eight Part Peace Proposal for Greater Jerusalem calls for a region from the Nile to the Euphrates rivers free of weapons of mass destruction.  Isn't this a much more worthy goal than a military showdown over what could quite possibly turn out to be -- as in the case of Iraq -- nothing?  The Quartet shows no leadership whatsoever on this crucial point.

June 8th marks forty years since the Israeli assault on the USS Liberty during the 1967 Six Day War.  Survivors will gather at Arlington National Cemetery to honor their fallen shipmates and, at a weekend reunion including a ceremony at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, they will renew their resolve to preserve historical truth and pursue justice.

This day also marks two years since the USS Liberty Veterans Association formally presented its report War Crimes Committed Against U. S. Military Personnel, June 8, 1967 to the Secretary of the Army in his capacity as Executive Agent for the Secretary of Defense.  (See http://www.ussliberty.org)  Thus far there has been no reply to this administrative gambit; even so, the LVA continues to hope that the US Congress will eventually do the right thing and, according to its mandate "To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations," conduct a full and impartial investigation to settle the matter once and for all.

The hasty US Navy Court of Inquiry had been "an entirely shipboard investigation" according to its president, the late Admiral Isaac Kidd.  The Liberty's doctor, Captain Richard Kiepfer, said of this ex-parte investigation, "Never before in the history of the United States Navy has a Navy Board of Inquiry ignored the testimony of American military eye-witnesses and taken, on faith, the word of their attackers."

When US Bankruptcy Court Judge A. Jay Cristol's 2002 book The Liberty Incident denigrated the Liberty survivors and their petitions for redress of their grievances, the legal counsel of the Court of Inquiry felt compelled to break his decades-long silence and formally repudiated the court's falsified findings as well as the judge and his book.  Captain Ward Boston also alleged that President Johnson ordered the cover-up, and that this immoral command was carried out by Admiral John McCain, the father of the senator from Arizona.  Senator McCain endorsed the judge's book.

The USS Liberty incident and cover-up constitute a hot political potato especially for AIPAC driven politicians who shun petitions to take up the cause of the Liberty survivors.  One wonders how any member of Congress could give a cold shoulder to the Liberty crew and still be fit for the duty of care of our twenty year olds in far-flung places like Iraq and the Persian Gulf.  After all, Zionist Neoconservatives maintain that aircraft carriers are old fashioned and expendable and a costly drag in their quest for world domination.  Is this why carriers have been placed within range of Iran's supersonic anti-ship missiles?  Is this how warmongers break eggs for their omelets?

The old paradigm of public relations trumping truth and justice prevents the asking of many questions from which vitally important lessons can be learned.  For example, why the distribution problems with the 1980 book Assault on the Liberty, written by survivor Lieutenant Commander James M. Ennes?  Why did Menachem Begin call the Six Day War a "war of choice" and not of necessity?  Why did the CIA predict a "turkey shoot"?  Why did former President Carter point to the "peculiar confluence of Syrian and Israeli interests"?  Why would Israel find it necessary to attack a ship of an important ally?  The short answer is:  land.

The USS Liberty was a state-of-the-art electromagnetic surveillance ("spy") ship that could not only overhear all electronic signals in the airwaves but also record them for the National Security Agency.  The attack occurred on the fourth day of the war, when the only remaining objective point of the IDF was Syria's Golan Heights.  Unlike the current crisis in the Persian Gulf region, Israel felt no need for formal help from the USA.

Some have speculated that Liberty's eavesdropping capability would have tipped off Washington about an impending attack on the Golan, which would have been problematic for the Israelis in view of the great pressure to call a cease fire; but there were many other indicators of Israel's intent.  Others say the attack was a false flag operation to put the blame on Egypt and draw the USA into the war; but Moshe Dayan had already declared air supremacy on the morning of the first day of the war, so a coordinated air and sea attack by Egypt would have lacked plausibility.  Still others say the Israelis wanted to hide ongoing atrocities against Egyptian prisoners of war just over Liberty's immediate horizon; but bad publicity rarely prevents the Israelis from doing what they do.  On the other hand, three egregious improbabilities best explain why the need for secrecy necessitated such bold action to put out Liberty's "Big Ear."

First, the IDF overran the "Little Maginot Line" atop the Golan Heights -- with rows upon rows of concrete reinforced bunkers -- in less than twenty four hours, a highly improbable feat which the western press quickly dubbed a "miracle."  But had the Liberty been able to proceed unmolested on its NSA mission, a more mundane explanation for the taking of the Golan 1 2 3 would have been found; namely, highly irregular command, control and communications from a compromised Syrian High Command.  Khalil Mustafa, now a political prisoner in Syria, arrived at this conclusion in his 1980 book The Fall of the Golan.

In fact, the only miracle to occur during the Six Day War was the Liberty's staying afloat after a torpedo hit; even then it was clear the Israelis wanted no survivors as they machine-gunned the life rafts while waiting for the listing ship to sink.  But the high priority work had already been done when the first jet sorties put rockets at the bases of all of Liberty's antennae.  Only then was the Golan operation good to go.

Second, the Syrian Defense Minister at the time of the Six Day War, Hafez al Asad, later became the only man in world history to attain leadership of his nation after losing a significant portion of its sovereign territory.  Asad rose from humble circumstances to start a dynasty, and on the road to success he crossed paths with Mafioso regime-change specialist Sam Giancana, a frequent flyer to Beirut during the Johnson administration.  Besides recruiting fresh talent, Sam pursued his avid interest in the botany of the Bekaa valley.  The USA's King of Syria-in-waiting in France, Abdel Halim Khaddam, was right in the middle of all this; whereas Bashar al Asad, an ophthalmologist turned president only by the accidental death of his brother Basil, was and is out of the loop.  Khaddam, the governor of the largest city on the Golan during the Six Day War and later President Hafez al Asad's right hand man for three decades, is now a multi-billionaire residing in a palace in France even as a Neoconservative-friendly  regime assumes leadership under Sarkozy.  As Sam would have put it, analyze that!

Third, the Asad Dynasty is of the Alawite faith, an offshoot sect of the Shiite faith.  The Alawites of Syria are a very small minority ruling a mostly Sunni nation, a circumstance that is best explained by the quiet meddling of a foreign power in the internal affairs of Syria.  Now that Blair and Bush have put such emphasis on the difference between Sunni and Shiite, wouldn't it be wise to pay more respect to the President of Syria?  Syrians once again found the formal practice of balloting inadequate and recently filled the streets of major cities with an outpouring of acclaim for their leader, a show of respect unknown in the USA since the funeral of JFK!  Syrians know their leader cannot be bought.

The USS Liberty incident is all about the Golan Heights and corruption leading to collusion between certain elements within the governments of Israel and Syria.  Their hidden agenda leaves the United Nations bereft of its true purpose, and shamefully undermines the integrity of the USA, whose treaty obligations are the "supreme Law of the Land" and require implementation of Security Council Resolution 242.  As Liberty survivor John Hrankowski said, "the story behind the story of the USS Liberty is the missing piece of the Middle East peace puzzle."  He did not flee from his station at a boiler that penetrating rockets threatened to explode.  Won't Congress lend him an ear?

Bush to explain his presence in Dallas on 22 and 23 November 1963, the day of JFK's assassination and the day before the assassination of the falsely accused "patsy" Lee Harvey Oswald.  As explained in his letter to Rehnquist (see http://mysite.verizon.net/vze4wbps), an FBI memo that places Mr. Bush in Dallas was declassified, perhaps by coincidence, two days after a complaint of judicial misconduct against his cousin, Judge John Walker, among others, had been filed in New York on 13 October 1993.  The letter, ignored by Rehnquist, describes how Bush and Jack Ruby promoted the false public persona of Oswald as a pro-Castro activist, which was broadcast around the world well before Ruby shot Oswald.  The letter also takes up  the issue of the Talmudic law of the Moser, whereby a Jew is prohibited from informing, directly or indirectly, on another Jew to a non-Jew, which in effect controlled the direction of the Warren Commission investigation.  This law of the Moser helps explain Ruby's fear that the Jewish people would be blamed for the JFK assassination.  This law also sheds light on the public comment of Abraham L. Wirin, a lawyer and friend of Chief Justice Earl Warren, "I say thank God for Earl Warren.  He saved us from a pogrom.  He saved our nation.  God bless him for what he has done in establishing that Oswald was the lone assassin."  Inasmuch as JFK's intent to stop the Jewish state's nuclear weapons program was made known by Seymour Hersh in 1991, and that the assassination reversed JFK's policy under LBJ, shouldn't these considerations help balance the foreign policy of the USA with respect to the Middle East?

In what seems to be a marvelous coincidence, on 13 April 2007 -- just three days before Cho went on his murderous rampage -- ABC News carried an unsourced Associated Press report alleging the Pentagon's admission that its 2001 report on the massacre of Korean civilians at No Gun Ri withheld crucial evidence of intentional war crimes.

Thus did Cho avert a public-relations disaster for the Pentagon in this long-simmering controversy and thereby turned the tables so that Koreans -- and not Americans -- were offering profuse and profound apologies the following week.

Earlier, on 11 January 2001, in his last days in office, President Clinton addressed the Korean people in terms of sympathy and concern arising from 1999 Associated Press reports of eyewitness testimonies of wartime atrocities at No Gun Ri and many other places in southern Korea.  Clinton ordered an investigation, but, in the opinion of many Koreans (among others), his successor, "war president" and "decider" George W. Bush, followed through with a whitewash.

If this is a wild and irresponsible conspiracy theory, then why hasn't any commentator in either the mainstream media or the alternative media raised the issue of the Associated Press report on the Pentagon and No Gun Ri if only as a purely coincidental circumstance that perhaps triggered Seung-Hui Cho's decision to kill so many people three days later?

The silence is deafening and raises important questions about the professionalism and integrity of the news media.  It took four days to get Cho's names straight.  Strategic implications were ignored in favor of the all-too-familiar fare:  the pros and cons of gun control; psychotropic drugs; psychological guesswork; the lengthy history of seemingly purposeless massacres in the English-speaking world.

State police spokeswoman Corine Geller said that police held the news conference "because we are headed into our fourth month, and we wanted to let the public know that we are still we are still actively investigating this."  An important detail of the investigation was revealed showing the police may be taking very seriously the demand made by members of the LaRouche Youth Movement, to investigate shooters Seung Hui Cho's involvement with first person shooter video games. Cho's roommates said he played the computer internet video game "Counter-strike," but the press has blocked this detail out.  Proof of Cho's video game playing would be found on his computer but the police reported they have not found his computer hard drive.  "That's a piece of evidence we'd love to have," State Police superintendent Col.
