Dear Secretary of State Blinken & Attorney General Designate Garland,

Let me once again try to breach walls of silence and of shunning with this my third demand for a reward from the United States Department of State's Rewards for Justice Program for my having exposed Donald John Trump as an accessory both before and after the fact of the heinous Shock & Awe attacks on New York and Washington on 11 September 2001.

My basic argument against Trump is set forth in my unrequited letter of 6 September 2020 to Secretary of State Michael Pompeo; a copy of this letter follows in this email for your perusal, study, and use.

My intent is to establish an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal so that 9/11 truth and justice will hopefully lead us to peaceful coexistence with all nations on this earth.  The alternative to this my high endeavor is a United States foreign policy running like the Ever-Ready Bunny on fraud, force, and purchase orders galore for the military-industrial complex.  This will only lead to more destruction.

9/11 was a false flag military intelligence black operation to frame and blame Arab Semites and other Moslems and thereby commence George W. Bush's aggressive wars in the Middle East under the guise of fighting terrorism.  Controlled demolitions of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and the Salomon Brothers building (WTC7) and cybernetic telecommunications piracies (such as remote control of the attacking jets and high-tech impersonations on phones and radios) were the methods used by the real perpetrators of these heinous crimes.  The 9/11 Shock & Awe atrocities violated both domestic and international laws.  Such treasonous crimes are clearly actionable under the 1945 Nuremberg Principles; hence my quest for an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal.

Gentlemen, if only I could prevail upon both of you to sit down together and watch Richard A. Siegel's video of 9/11!  Filmed in Hoboken, New Jersey, Siegel's video gives the perfect perspective for viewing the collapsing World Trade Center Twin Towers from beginning to end.  You will see each tower collapse in about 10 seconds, which is about the time it would have taken for an apple dropped from either roof to hit the ground.  The free fall that you will observe is one of many characteristics of controlled demolition that was on display on that terrible day.  Siegel's film flatly contradicts the official findings of our government's account of what really happened on 9/11; namely, the collapses were due to a weakening of the structures from the jet impacts and resultant fires.

At the end of this exercise I believe that both of you will look each other in the eye and agree that the Twin Towers were brought down by controlled demolitions and that our news media/governmental account of what happened is false and preposterous and open to ridicule in foreign capitals around the world.  It is also criminal, as the fraud started still ongoing wars in the Middle East.  Richard A. Siegel's 9/11 Hoboken video should be Exhibit #1 at an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal.  Let the world finally see and hear what our news media prevents our fellow Americans from seeing!

In light of the above considerations of controlled demolitions of the World Trade Center Twin Towers, I find that the odd confluence of FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III, New York City Mayor Rudolf Giuliani, and man-about-town Donald John Trump inside the sealed off and closely guarded Ground Zero crime scene, where Trump said he had positioned 225 of his men to "get rid of what's there," is a very strong indication of a concerted effort to prevent proper discovery of evidence pertaining not just to the controlled demolitions, but also identification of the attacking jets.

Add to this Mueller's FBI's false and misleading claims that passengers on the allegedly hijacked jets called family members and friends to describe Arab Semitic terrorists on board.  Well, the good people at Pilots for 9/11 Truth have shown that both air phone calls and cell phone calls were impossible to make from these allegedly hijacked jets.  It is clear to me that John Baker of the FBI, Verizon, and the National Security Agency (NSA) all failed to trace the faked calls to their true sources.  They all failed to discover how these faked calls were so quickly made known to and propagated by the fake news media.

Judge Garland, you have some serious weeding to do at the United States Department of Justice!  Mr. Blinken, you will serve our country well if you substitute truth and justice for fraud and force as the hallmarks of our sovereign nation!  Please give a green light not for invasions based on false pretexts, but for fair trials based on facts and law at an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal.

Dear Mr. Secretary of State Pompeo,

Let me reiterate hereby my demand for a reward for being the first and only person to accuse our President of the United States, Donald John Trump, of having been, and being still, an accessory both before and after the fact of the heinous and treasonous shock & awe attacks on New York and Washington on 11 September 2001.  My original demand, made by email of 25 March 2020 to the State Department's Rewards for Justice Program, referenced my 3 December 2018 letter, sent by regular mail, to Geoffrey Berman, who was then the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.

My demand before the Rewards for Justice Program is for $1,000,000,000.00 (one billion Federal Reserve notes), to be used primarily for the establishment of an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal and a Middle East Green Light Restitution Fund.  Please make payment with a cashier's check only.  Of course cash is always welcome; provided that sufficient time is given for the inks to dry.

The evidence that I present to back my accusations against Mr. Trump and his co-conspirators is contained in the introduction to my eBook, Lifting the Burdens of Falsehood & Deceit:  Open Letters on 9/11 to the Attorneys General of the USA, Michael. Mr. Trump's own words from his own mouth, spoken in two TV interviews on 11 and 13 September 2001, invite judicial scrutiny and discovery in the pursuit of 9/11 truth and justice.  Links to these two interviews, as well as transcripts that I myself made, plus my very own analysis, are all provided in the eBook's introduction.  (For your convenience, the links and transcripts are added at the end of this email letter.)

The eBook itself is a compilation of 78 letters to Attorneys General Mukasey and Holder, which I wrote and sent in fax broadcasts from New York City in 2008 and 2009.  These faxed open letters, which went to all members of the United States Congress as well as the international community in New York and Washington, among others, raised important questions about 9/11.  These questions remain unanswered in 2020.  Hence, the urgent need for an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal.

Not until December 2017 did I become aware of the two TV interviews that Mr. Trump gave in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attacks.  I found them very telling indeed!

Specifically, within just hours of the 9/11 attacks, Mr. Trump lied during a WOR TV interview by alleging a lack of steel core columns in each of the World Trade Center Twin Towers.  Mr. Trump knowingly and deceitfully -- and apparently with some rehearsal -- said that each tower had been built "like a can of soup."  This lie became the basis of the false and misleading official explanation known as the "pancaking" collapses of WTC 1 and WTC 2.  This deception was soon ratified by the fake news media, and later, by the 9/11 Commission in 2004.  An ex post facto law of the United States Congress (illegal under our Constitution of the United States!) established a study by the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST), which essentially echoed the false and misleading pancaking theory of collapse in 2008.

The Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth exposed NIST's falsehoods and deceit by establishing beyond a shadow of any doubt that controlled demolitions caused the collapses of the Twin Towers (WTC 1 & WTC 2) and the nearby Salomon Brothers Building (WTC 7).  Yet to this day, Donnie Pancakes Trump sadly repeats the original CBS News deception from the 1010 WINS radio station's live report that the south tower, WTC 2, just "fell"; or, as both Trump and former President of the United States George W. Bush have said, that the buildings were "knocked down" by Arab terrorists.  The jets that hit these buildings did not cause their free fall collapses.

Also, less than 48 hours after the 9/11 attacks, Mr. Trump spilled the beans in an interview in English with the German TV channel N24.  Trump told his German audience that he had put about 225 of his men to work inside the sealed-off and closely guarded crime scene at Ground Zero in New York.  He said that they were there "to get rid of what's there."  This would include evidence of the controlled demolitions so as to preserve, protect, and defend the false and misleading pancaking theory of collapse.  This would also include black boxes and other aircraft identification parts.

By what authority Trump positioned 225 of his men inside a sealed-off and closely guarded crime scene at Ground Zero remains unknown to our unenlightened electorate to this day.  Robert S. Mueller III, who was then the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), did have authority and control over all aspects of the 9/11 investigations, including the Ground Zero crime scene.  It is therefore beyond strange that 16 years later Mueller would become President Trump's Grand Russiagate Inquisitor after having worked with Trump at the Ground Zero crime scene in New York.  Both men had perpetrated a fraud on the people of the United States and, indeed, the peoples of this earth, including our NATO partners.

Mr. Trump's 9/11 Ground Zero special operation also came under the purview of then President George W. Bush and his White House counsellors and other officials, including Brett Kavanaugh, whom Trump would later elevate to the United States Supreme Court.

Not only did key members of the Bush Administration have oversight responsibilities relative to the Trump-Mueller Post-9/11 Excellent Adventure at Ground Zero, they also watched Larry Silverstein take over the World Trade Center 49 days before the annual Judicial Conference that was scheduled for the morning of 11 September 2001.  The Bush Administration also had moved forward by 49 days from October multiple war games that, as it happened, coincided with the scheduled Judicial Conference proceedings; a curious coincidence indeed!  The shock & awe attacks on New York and Washington caused the first and only cancellation of the Judicial Conference in its long history dating back to 1922.  Oh, I almost forgot!  My long-pending action before the Judicial Council of the 11th Appellate Circuit in Atlanta, which commenced in May of 2001, created the distinct possibility for the just cause of the USS Liberty survivors to tunnel through to this very same Judicial Conference.  A very possible Zionist public relations disaster was, as it happened, prevented and offset by a false flag military intelligence black operation to frame and blame Arab Semites and other Moslems so as to fabricate a cause for wars, invasions, and permanent occupations.  Such fraud and force constitute both crimes against peace and crimes against humanity according to the Nuremberg Principles.  Moreover, such crimes against international law within the United States led to actual war crimes abroad; hence, the absolute need for an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal.

Rounding out the Trump-Mueller-Bush spin on the 9/11 narrative is Sir Rudolf Giuliani, who was the Mayor of New York City when the attacks of 9/11 occurred.  It was Giuliani who ordered the quick removal of debris from Ground Zero.  Objections were raised by those with an interest in studying the debris for clues as to how the rock solid, super-strong steel framed Twin Towers collapsed about as fast as an apple falling from the roof.  Hiding evidence and preventing proper evaluation of evidence tended to favor the false and misleading pancaking theory of collapse over the controlled demolition theory of collapse, which is well established by the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth.  Such obstruction of justice complemented Mr. Trump's false and misleading "can of soup" attribution for the architecture of the World Trade Center Twin Towers.

But in the case of Sir Rudolf Giuliani, his foreknowledge of the impending collapses of the Twin Towers has been skillfully presented, along with many, many other important aspects of 9/11, by David Ray Griffin, in his 9/11 Unmasked:  An International Review Panel Investigation.  This very important book, as well as many others on 9/11 written by Professor Griffin, will serve as a useful template for an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal.  Persons of interest have been identified, and it only remains for a proper authority to summon them for questioning.  I can add a few names to the list.

Queen Elizabeth gave Rudolf Giuliani the honorific "Sir" after he had clearly displayed foreknowledge of the 9/11 World Trade Center building collapses and soon afterwards ordered the removal of the debris so as to prevent the discovery of the true cause of these collapses.  Has Her Majesty been ill-served?

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) had also clearly displayed foreknowledge of the collapse of the Salomon Brothers Building (WTC 7) when it reported it as a fait accompli minutes before it actually happened.  The BBC then cut its live video transmission, which showed WTC 7 standing in the background, just seconds before its free fall collapse.  The Governor of the BBC at the time of the attacks of 11 September 2001, the Lord Smith of Kelvin, Robert Haldane Smith, should be required to give a full explanation of how this happened at an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal.

The list goes on and on.

The Anglo-Zionist-Neoconservative agenda influenced the events of 11 September 2001, and the movement of refugees into Europe is the direct result of the needless wars that followed.  Europeans, therefore, have proper standing to get at the heart of the matter with an International 9/11 Nuremberg Tribunal.  I hope that my forthcoming reward for having put the finger of blame on Donald Trump will help make this tribunal a reality.

Alan Marcus:  Donald, you’re probably the best known builder – particularly of great buildings in the city – there’s a great deal of question about whether or not the damage and the ultimate destruction of the buildings was caused by the airplanes, by architectural defect or possibly by bombs or aftershocks.  Do you have any thoughts on that?

Donald Trump:  Well, it wasn’t an architectural defect.  You know the World Trade Center was always known as a very strong building.  Don’t forget, that took a big bomb in the basement.  Now the basement is the most vulnerable place because that’s your foundation.  And it withstood that.  And I got to see that area about three or four days after it took place because one of my structural engineers actually took me for a tour because he did the building.  And I said, “I can’t believe it!”  The building was standing solid and half of the columns were blown out.  So, this was an unbelievably powerful building.  If you know anything about structure, it was one of the first buildings that was built from the outside.  The steel – the reason the World Trade Center had such narrow windows – is that in between all the windows you had the steel on the outside.  See, you had the steel on the outside of the building.  That’s why when I first looked – and you had big, heavy I-beams – when I first looked at it I couldn’t believe it because there was a hole in the steel, and this is steel that was – you remember the width of the windows of the World Trade Center, folks? – I think, you know, if you were ever up there, they were quite narrow and in between was this heavy steel.  I said, “how could a plane, even a plane, even a 767 or 747, or whatever it might have been, how could it possibly go through the steel?”   I happen to think that they had not only a plane but they had bombs that exploded almost simultaneously.  Because I just can’t imagine anything being able to go through that wall.  Most buildings are built with the steel is on the inside around the elevator shaft.  This one was built from the outside, which is the strongest structure you can have, and it was almost just like a can of soup.

AM:  You know, Donald, we were looking at pictures all morning long of that plane coming into building number two.  And when you see that approach the far side, and all of a sudden, within a matter of a millisecond, the explosion pops out the other side.

DT:  Right.  I just think that there was a plane with more than just fuel.  I think, obviously there were very big planes.  They were going very rapidly, because, I was also watching where the plane seemed to be not only going fast, it seemed to be coming down into the building, so was getting the speed from going downhill, so to speak.  It just seemed to me that to do that kind of destruction, is even more than a big plane.  Because you are talking about taking out steel, the heaviest caliber steel that was used on the building.  These buildings were rock solid.  And, you know, it’s just an amazing, amazing thing.  This country is different today.  And it’s going to be different than it ever was for many years to come.

AM:  A very profound statement, and very true.

Stephan Bachenheimer (SB):  Mr. Trump, do you have any interest in the area down there that’s been affected?

Donald Trump (DT):  I have a lot of property down there but it wasn’t, fortunately, affected by what happened to the World Trade Center.

SB:  What’s your biggest fear, Mr. Trump?

DT:  Well, I just went to what they call “Ground Zero.”   I’ve never seen anything like it – the devastation, the human life that has been just wasted for no reason whatsoever, ah, it is a terrible scene, a terrible sight, but New Yorkers are very strong and resilient and they will rebuild quickly.

SB:  Mr. Trump, what should be the response to this attack?   How should the US respond to such a devastation?

DT:  Well, I think they have to respond quickly and effectively.  They have to find out exactly what the cause was, who did it, and they have to go after these people because there is no other choice.  And then, secondarily and much less importantly, we have to rebuild in some form that will be just as majestic as the World Trade Center.

SB:  Will you be involved, will you take any efforts, any steps, to reconstruct the area?

DT: Well, I have a lot of men down here right now; we have over a hundred and we have about one hundred and twenty five coming, so we’ll have a couple of hundred people down here, and they’re very brave and what they’re doing is amazing, and we will be involved in some form in helping to reconstruct.

SB:  What kind of cost would you estimate to rebuild this area?  How much money has been lost in the attack?

DT:  I would say fifteen to twenty billion dollars.  You’re talking billions and billions of dollars, and it’s irreparable ... irreparable.  But I really feel that the location is such, and the importance of the monument is such, that we have to rebuild.  And again, not necessarily in the form of the two towers, but something has to be done that’s very big and very majestic.

SB:  A lot of people ask, how is it possible that a Boeing plane would be able to destroy the, or two planes, would be able to destroy the Twin Towers?  Because they were constructed to withstand, like a 707 attack.

DT:  It’s tremendous power and tremendous heat, and people were willing to die, and when they’re willing to die, and when they’re willing to become kamikazes of a sense, there’s very little you can do about it.  I mean, the heat and the power... actually, it was amazing that the initial jolts didn’t jar the building as much as people would have thought.  But the tremendous amounts of fuel that was dumped on the building, and 1600 degrees temperature, I guess that’s probably more than anything can take, no matter what.”

SB:  When do you think you will start to rebuild?

DT: Well, I would hope it would really be very quickly, a lot of great genius people in this city, and I think that within a shorter period of time than, first, we have to get rid of what’s there, and we have to save as many lives as possible, if that is possible – today they found five people under the rubble, which is amazing, alive -- but after that process takes place, I think they can start thinking about rebuilding, absolutely.

SB:  Viel Danke, Mr. Trump.

DT:  Danke, Danke.
