Just when we need a prince of the realm to do justice and judgment, we have instead a game of shifting blame from the UK to the USA when all along it was the Zionists egging both on to war.

Bush and Blair and their Zionist Neocon advisers should be hanged after proper security style interviews and trials for war crimes and violations of international law including the Nuremberg Principles.

The Hutton Inquiry avoided queries that were repeated to the Iraq Inquiry last week on the email form and are repeated here again.

Was Dr. David Kelly at United Nations headquarters in New York City at any time between 23 and 28 March 2003, the week after the commencement of the shock and awe aggression on Iraq?

When Dr. Kelly died, the cat was already out of the bag about the big lies that were told in order to wage illegal aggressive war. You did not have to be a rocket scientist to figure this out.

Working with a purported Dulles Airport video surveillance tape of five Arab hijackers on the morning of 9/11, which was admitted as evidence by Judge Leonie Brinkema at the trial of Zacharias Moussaoui, analysis of the sun's shadow cast by a passerby outside the terminal door led to the conclusion that the film is bogus; i.e., that the video was made elsewhere and then fraudulently presented as evidence at the US Courthouse, Eastern District of Virginia, and also on TV to promote the release of the 9/11 Commission Report.

Introduction of fraudulent evidence in the form of a bogus airport surveillance video could not possibly have been accidental, and somewhere along the chain of possession of evidence a link to the praxis of evil will be found.

With regard to the forthcoming trial of "confessed" 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, it behooves this court to prevent more Texas justice with Virginia lawyers, to confront the fraud with respect to the purported Dulles Airport video, and to call for a new and real investigation of 9/11 rather than another show trial of a psychologically impaired pawn.

PRESIDENT OBAMA'S SPEECH ON AFGHANISTAN AT WEST POINT
2 December 2009

New York, New York * 2 December 2009 Citizen of the USA Stephen M. St. John addresses the international community here in New York City and cautions against the policy of further pursuit of military objectives in Afghanistan which President Barack Obama announced in his speech last night at West Point.

While undoubtedly sincere, President Obama is ill served by his advisers, particularly his warmongering Zionist advisers, who are the lowest common denominator of both the Republican and Democratic parties.

President Obama spoke about numbers of troops but never once mentioned deployment of private mercenaries and contractors whose activities are beyond accountability. His head of the CIA, Leon Panetta, once said there were only 5,000 of them in Iraq in the Iraq Study Group Report. The truth is there were more than 150,000. Is the Pentagon's "yes" man doing it again in Afghanistan?

President Obama made several references to the attacks of 9/11, on which the logic of the invasion of Afghanistan rests. But like the feigned Gulf of Tonkin incident that drew the USA into a cruel and crazy and undeclared war, the official story of 9/11 is highly suspect. The 9/11 Commission, by the admission of Kean and Hamilton themselves, was "set up to fail." Even the forthcoming show trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed cannot explain all the observations made, including a bogus airport video surveillance tape used to frame the Arabs.

In short, President Obama did not learn the lesson of Vietnam: a BIG LIE is not a good foundation for a major foreign policy decision, but a bad omen.

In the spirit of US Senators Wayne Morse and Ernest Gruening, who bravely withstood their gullible colleagues' response to the Tonkin hoax, President Obama should seek a truce in Afghanistan and order a new and real investigation of 9/11. Only then can the USA comply with the Taliban's worthy proposal of October 2001: "Show us the evidence that Osama bin Laden did 9/11, and we will deliver him to you." This was the right thing to do then. This is what President Obama must do now.

THE SCALES OF JUSTICE NEED TO BE BALANCED

St. John addresses the international community here in New York and laments the tortuous legal warfare that the Zionists have imposed on John Demjanjuk for more than three full decades. Their rank hypocrisy is summed up in the words of Marvin Hier, Dean of the Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles: "We should not make the mistake of thinking that a case against one war criminal is a case against just one man. When the bell tolls for John Demjanjuk, it is also tolling for every other war criminal."

By this seemingly just standard, one would expect Judge Richard Goldstone's vindication for his investigation of the shock and awe in Gaza this winter past.

But the scales of justice seem to have been fixed long ago by the Zionists.

Why, for example, has there never been justice done to the Zionist murderers of UN Mediator Count Folke Bernadotte? A 1995 book by Kati Marton, A Death in Jerusalem, makes a very convincing case against Yitzhak Yezernitsky, otherwise known as Yitzhak Shamir, who later became Prime Minister of Israel.

Add to this the Zionist bombing of the King David Hotel, which was ordered by another future Prime Minister, Menachem Begin, and carried out by the father of former Foreign Minister Tzippi Livni, very likely with the help of the father of President Barack Obama's Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

Marvin Hier is conspicuously silent about these war criminals. No bell tolls for them. Is this right?

More than two millennia ago King Solomon said "A false balance is abomination to the Lord: but a just weight is his delight."

This eternal truth needs to be applied to the current situation, where Zionists profess a Talmudic license to kill and steal from non-Jews; but rather than being challenged, these same Zionists portray themselves as pious and just.

They made the 20th century a nightmare of full spectrum fraud and force, but now meet firm resistance.

OPEN LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE SPECIAL TRIBUNAL FOR LEBANON, ANTONIO CASSESE

Having read your recent report, The STL Six Months On: A Bird's Eye View, I wonder what strange bird indeed can promise to reach out to victims of "related attacks" (paragraph 24) when you haven't enough proof to detain your suspects any longer let alone convict them for the assassination of Rafiq Hariri. This statement reflects prejudice and prejudgment on your part and serves as a divisive appeal to emotions after this heinous attack on the heart of Lebanon.

And who are the real perpetrators? Are they not the ones who were first to point the finger of blame and exact punishments on the diplomatic and political levels? Have you considered that the Hariri assassination was not a mere terrorist act, but a "shock and awe" act? Do you know the difference? The STL ought to busy itself with defining the ultra-terrorist act of a state sponsored "shock and awe" operation. The real war is against the cruel proponents of this "shock and awe" doctrine.

Mr. Cassese, to find the culprits who pulled off the Hariri assassination, look to the praxis of evil espousing the "shock and awe" doctrine and having a prior record of framing Arabs for crimes that they themselves carried out as "false flag" military intelligence operations. How can the shadow of a passerby outside the main terminal at Dulles Airport be explained?

What are the implications of the unimpeachable witness of the sun and its shadow?

It looks like US Attorney General John Ashcroft framed these Arab lads for the shock and awe crimes of 9/11.

As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.

In the photo at right, taken from a video that the US Government offered as an exhibit at the Zacharias Moussaoui trial, you see a 9/11 suspect allegedly at a Dulles Airport security checkpoint at the lower left. A film editor framed the suspect in a box for demonstration purposes. But I draw your attention to the pedestrian just outside the terminal at the extreme top left of the entrance. Note his or her shadow and how it points directly toward the closed circuit television camera (CCTV) filming the alleged hijacker inside the terminal. Note also the angle of the pedestrian's shadow in relation to the thick black stripe that runs along the terminal floor from right below the CCTV and straight to the metal detector. Keep all this in mind as you scroll down.

At right is a close-up of the pedestrian outside the terminal. Again, note that his or her shadow points right at the CCTV camera filming the alleged hijacker.

Now, we turn to Google Earth for a lesson in geography which will enable us to put the pedestrian's shadow in the right perspective. At left is a photo of Washington Dulles International Airport from 36,000 feet. The two main runways are parallel and go north/south, or, at headings of 10 degrees and 190 degrees. These headings are painted in white at the ends of the runways in aviation shorthand 1L and 1R (one left and one right) for jets approaching from the south on a 10 degree heading and 19L and 19R (nineteen left and nineteen right) for jets approaching from the north on a 190 degree heading. Note the airline terminals between the two parallel runways.

In a closer image at left, from 13,000 feet, you have a better view of the airport terminals in between the parallel main runways. The north and south faces of these terminals are perpendicular to the main parallel runways. As you are about to see, this is an important consideration with regard to the pedestrian's shadow and its angle relative to the thick black stripe on the terminal floor.

Now let us make a quick study of the Dulles Airport terminals. As you can see on the terminal map reprinted at right from the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority website, the flow of passengers for departing flights from Dulles is from north to south, and south to north for those who have arrived from other airports. Please note that the terminal map is upside down, showing the south at top and the north at bottom. So you see, in this view of the Dulles Airport terminals from 4,770 feet in the photo at left, the Main Terminal at the center top is where ground passengers arrive for departing flights. They enter the main terminal on the north side, and proceed by foot, moving walkways, shuttle lounges or shuttle buses to their departure gates at the two mid-field terminals.

Given Dulles Airport's position relative to the ecliptic, where the sun in Cancer in July reaches the zenith at mid-day, and is low on the southern horizon in Capricorn in January, and at various points in between throughout the year, we know that shadows are never cast by the sun toward the north faces of the airport terminals at Dulles, but only away from them.

And so, one may conclude, subject to verification in a proper judicial discovery process, that if the north face of the Main Terminal runs perpendicularly to the two main parallel runways 1/19L and 1/19R, then the black stripe painted onto the terminal floor is exactly parallel with the runways as it is also clearly perpendicular to the north face of the terminal. From this one may also conclude that if indeed the passengers for departing flights enter the Main Terminal on its north side, then the shadow of the pedestrian just outside the terminal entrance, which points directly at the CCTV giving us the image, is on a heading of approximately 170 or 180 degrees relative to the thick black stripe on a heading of 190 degrees.

From all of this we may conclude that the shadow is cast from a direction where the sun never shines relative to Washington Dulles International Airport. The sun would have to be setting in the north or north northwest in order to cast the shadow seen in the CCTV image. Therefore, the CCTV video is bogus in that it could not have been filmed at Dulles and must have been filmed elsewhere and then fraudulently presented as having been filmed at Dulles Airport on the morning of 9/11.

The terminal entrance where the alleged hijackers entered had to have been facing east or southeast for the pedestrian's shadow to be true to the time and place of the event purportedly shown in the video. To the best of my knowledge and belief, and subject to verification in a proper judicial discovery process, there was no entrance facing east or southeast which the alleged hijackers could have used to enter the Main Terminal at Dulles Airport on the morning of 11 September 2001.

Given that there is no time indicator shown in the video, and given the strong prima facie case that the video was not filmed at Washington Dulles International Airport, one must consider the strong possibility that certain officials within the US Department of Justice obstructed justice by a calculated presentation of fabricated evidence. Whatever the case, it is perfectly clear that we have NEVER seen ANY credible video surveillance images of ANY of the passengers and alleged hijackers at ANY of the three airports from which the flights of 9/11 are said to have departed. How can this be explained? How could we have invaded Afghanistan and Iraq without even asking this question first?

Again, these conclusions are tentative in that they are subject to verification in a proper judicial discovery process. I have not had an opportunity to verify the presented data by direct inspection and interviews with airport authorities. This remains to be done, perhaps under the aegis of a 9/11 International Independent Investigation Commission established and supported by the United Nations.

On 21 October 2009, after nearly two months of intermittent faxing and emailing Dulles Airport Shadow casts Doubt on US Government's 9/11 conspiracy Theory, I made a personal visit to the New York Regional Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation at 26 Federal Plaza on Broadway at Duane Street in Manhattan, less than half a mile from ground zero. There, according to procedure, I completed and deposited a handwritten notice that referred to this article in particular and the need for a new and a real investigation of 9/11 in general.

LETTER TO WORLD LEADERS ASKING THEM TO CALL FOR A UNITED NATIONS INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION OF 9/11 AT THE OPENING OF THE 64th UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN NEW YORK CITY

6 - 11 SEPTEMBER 2009

Peace be upon you and greetings from New York City.

I am a citizen of the USA who urgently appeals to leaders from around the world to call for a full, fair and impartial investigation into the USA’s doctrine of "Shock & Awe," the events of 9/11 and subsequent cover-up.

Your Excellency, we simply do not know the whole truth about 9/11. Rather, we are sure lies have been told and information has been withheld. When you consider the consequences of 9/11, and the logic behind the brutal "Shock & Awe" invasions and ongoing occupations, you must conclude it only makes good sense to discover the root cause. This is a global problem requiring a global solution. Therefore, I implore you to call for a real investigation of 9/11 at the opening of the next United Nations General Assembly later this month in New York.

9/11: Another Look

But this time, by a UN 9/11 Commission!

As leaders from around the world plan to converge on United Nations Headquarters in New York City to open the new General Assembly on 23 September 2009, they should consider the establishment of a 9/11 International Independent Investigation Commission.

The precedent for such an investigation was set at the insistence of the USA in its rush to judgment after the assassination of Lebanon’s former Prime Minister, Rafiq Hariri, on 14 February 2005. Inasmuch as 9/11 served as a justification for invasions and occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq, surely the terrible events of that day should not remain a mystery. Nor should an apparent 9/11 cover-up outlast the occupations.

The 9/11 Commission Cochairmen Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton have admitted they were “set up to fail.” Commissioner Max Cleland quit in disgust over Bush Administration stonewalling. The 9/11 Commission Report, issued on 22 July 2004, is riddled with distortions and omissions. The National Institute of Standards & Technology failed to give the World Trade Center dust proper chemical analysis.

And so the 6 April 2009 announcement by University of Copenhagen Professor of Chemistry Niels Harrit that military grade nanothermitic high explosive particles were found in dust samples provided by four residents living near ground zero at the World Trade Center has energized the quest for a real investigation, albeit mainly on the Internet. Violations of the code of ethics of professional journalism black this out.

Surely a man in a cave or tent in Afghanistan did not have access to the Twin Towers and the Salomon Brothers Building (WTC 7) to place these explosives; yet these buildings dropped at near free fall speed and in perfect accord with all other known characteristics of controlled demolitions. So who placed the charges? Who was at the ready to set them off after two of the three buildings had been hit by jets?

But even hard evidence uncovered by meticulous scientific research has met resistance. Harrit’s team’s work could have been and should have been done by the proper authorities within hours of the attacks. Yet a conspiracy of silence still reigns supreme four months after his announcement and publication of Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe.

The upshot finally came in President Obama’s 4 June 2009 speech at the University of Cairo, where he declared, “I'm aware that there's still some who would question or even justify the events of 9/11. But let us be clear: Al Qaeda killed nearly 3,000 people on that day."

Let me be clear. There is no way I can justify 9/11. But I simply do not believe the official story told in the 9/11 Commission Report. Conflating skepticism with justification of the events of 9/11 seems like a desperate attempt at a sound bite to stifle debate. And so it is time for the United Nations to take the USA by the hand and help President Obama to confront the awful bogeyman who has been exercising the military industrial complex so well. Its “Shock & Awe” doctrine is good for purchase orders only!

I believe our nation is in moral and spiritual jeopardy when we watch 9/11 passengers and alleged hijackers in the NBC Universal Studios movie Flight 93 but cannot see any credible video surveillance images of any of the real passengers and alleged hijackers at any of the three high security airports from which the flights of 9/11 are said to have departed. ● Stories of cell and air phone calls from the hijacked jets are doubtful at best; impersonations conducted with high-tech real-time digital voice morphing offer the most rational explanation for the calls that were received. Edward Felt’s cell phone call from the lavatory of United Airlines Flight 93 was technically impossible to make, and here the FBI could not fudge facts because toilets on commercial jets do not have air phones.

9/11 was largely a computer crime conducted by psychopathic criminals.

Standard investigative practice includes careful consideration of those who had motive, means and opportunity to commit the crime. Let me resume consideration of remote control of the flights of 9/11.

Back on 10 June 2004 I posted on the Internet a brief article urging the 9/11 Commission to put under scrutiny Dov Zakheim and System Planning Corporation (SPC) of Alexandria, Virginia (http://www.sysplan.com), which designs, manufactures and distributes highly sophisticated technology that enables an operator to fly by remote control as many as eight different airborne vehicles at the same time from one position either on the ground or airborne. The Flight Termination System can be used in conjunction with the CTS technology that can control up to eight airborne vehicles simultaneously.

The aerial vehicles' communications can likewise be co-opted.

The possibility of nefarious use of these absolutely brilliant and beneficial technologies developed and deployed by SPC during multiple NORAD exercises coincidental to the attacks on 9/11 certainly deserves careful consideration in any full and impartial investigation of what actually took place on 9/11.

Of course I am not holding my breath for you to reply to any of the previous 15 letters urging you to launch an investigation of 9/11. It's a free country and there is no compulsion to reply. But if you are not already involved in an investigation of 9/11, you are carving a legacy for the Obama Administration as possible accessory after the fact in a crime that may have been designed to fulfill an ideological impulse for military domination in the Middle East.

Your man in Public Affairs John Miller rests on his laurels for having interviewed Osama Bin Laden in May 1998, and fails to see the copious evidence indicating Bin Laden is dead and the videotapes of him are incompetent forgeries as documented by David Ray Griffin in his recently released book, Osama bin Laden: Dead or Alive? (Northampton: Olive Branch [Interlink Books] 2009).

Miller is also unaware of the problems posed by lack of video surveillance evidence at the three airports of 9/11, and was evasive when confronted about this, which is hardly an encouraging sign.

Our newsmedia has once again disappointed us in failing to report the confirmed discovery of military grade nano thermitic particles in dust samples provided by residents living near Ground Zero on 9/11.

US Air Force EC-135N Crash a Precursor of future electronic black Operations

St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and persons, public and private, and notes that 6 May 2009 marks the 28th anniversary of the unacknowledged sabotage of a US Air Force EC-135N, and perhaps another missed opportunity to understand this event as a precursor of future electronic black operations including EgyptAir 990 and 9/11.

The EC-135N was a military version of the Boeing 707 and functioned like an AWACS but with the satellite dish housed in a protruding nose cone reminding one of the cartoon character Snoopy. On 6 May 1981 one went down in a totally inexplicable nose dive to the northeast of Frederick, Maryland, near Walkersville.

Sabotage by remote control still needs to be ruled out, as argued at http://www.show-the-house.com/id9.html, which includes a link to the executive summary of the US Air Force investigation. There the elements suggesting electronic sabotage are highlighted, including anomalous transponder beacon returns in the seconds before contact was lost as the jet abruptly entered into a nose dive.

For good measure, and apparently as a backup against failure in the electronic sabotage mechanism, an explosion occurred inside the fuselage near the end of the jet's rapid descent, when manual recovery by the pilot was already impossible.

At the time of this sabotage, enormous pressure was on the Reagan Administration to reconsider a proposed arms package to Saudi Arabia which included AWACS jets. This might explain why the man who led the investigation, Brigadier General Robert E. Chapman, did not make a criminal referral of his findings.

Then Senator Joseph Biden led the AIPAC screamers against the Saudi arms package when he should have been calling for a Congressional investigation into Chapman's disturbing findings.

Let me reiterate that once we get past the state of denial about bogus cell and air phone calls, routine airport surveillance videos gone missing and indications of remote control piloting, we can start asking the necessary questions to solve the unsolved crime of 9/11.

As a former US Department of Commerce employee who worked under Marion Britton, who, I've been told, was on United Airlines Flight 93, let me comment on the various published reports that she "phoned a longtime friend, Fred Fiumano ... sometime after 9:30."

Bearing in mind that cell phone calls are technically impossible from jets in flight, and that the organization Pilots for 9/11 Truth was apprised by American Airlines that 757 jets were not equipped with seat-back air phones, I also note the implausibility of the falsely constructed story itself.

Mr. Fiumano very likely received a call from someone impersonating Marion with a high tech software known as real time digital voice morphing.

Moreover, Marion failed to follow procedure to call the office whenever a problem would arise, which is strange indeed because Marion knew and taught the drill, and practiced what she preached.

The office was evacuated by 9:10 AM (I was the last one out) and nobody was there to take her call, but she could have and would have left a recorded message. However, key personnel told me there was no recorded message.

Equally weird are reports that Marion used a borrowed cell phone because hers was not working. Marion always carried a cell phone issued to her by the US Department of Commerce. If she had a problem with it, she could have easily replaced it when she was in the office the previous day.

What does all of this mean?

The evildoers had inside knowledge of our office procedures.

They had to omit Marion's government issued Motorola from their narrative because such a call could be traced.

They also knew the office would be evacuated by the time the impersonation was to be made.

And even if such a normally expected call to the office was actually made, confidentiality laws would have long delayed the emotional contents from the news media.

The evildoers wanted another story to back the bogus call between the Olsons.

Dear Mr. Attorney General,

The FBI's Assistant Director for Public Affairs, John Miller, is a superficial ninny and celebrity toady who likes big cigars and limousine arrivals more than hard, cold facts about missing video surveillance evidence of passengers or hijackers at the airports of 9/11. He also lacks the manly virtue to return my call and hear the unpleasant truth, and this I find insulting not only to me but also to my former colleagues at the US Department of Commerce who back my assertion that we have never seen routine video surveillance evidence of our Assistant Regional Director Marion Britton at Newark Airport before she boarded United Airlines Flight 93. They only know of the Portland Maine International Airport tape of Mohammad Atta and companion, which they, like millions if not billions of others, were tricked into believing was filmed in Boston.

I pinpoint the lack integrity at the FBI which extends to many other crucial points in the cover-up related to the events of 9/11. When a BIG LIE is so interwoven into the core components of our government, our sovereignty is compromised. This explains the idiotic statement of Ambassador Richard Holbrooke, "We need to make sure we know what the appeal of the Taliban is." Well, the cause of the Taliban is just, and the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan are not. The Taliban said to Bush, "Show us the evidence that Osama Bin Laden perpetrated the attacks of 9/11, and we will deliver him to you."

The USA cannot play straight with its own people, let alone the Taliban.

The invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq began, in effect, at the airport gates of 9/11, and here we must consider the Dutch company ICTS-International which controlled security at Logan. With a single exception, its board of directors consists of nationals of the Jewish state who have military intelligence backgrounds. A Co-Chairman has a history of corruption leading to the Prime Minister's office, whose present occupant is a psychopath who more than once said that 9/11 was "good for Israel."

Indeed, 9/11 fulfilled the Zionist wish to put American muscle on Mesopotamian patrol.

Such a ploy by an otherwise seemingly meticulous researcher is a dodgy way to steer readers from conclusions made in Citizen St. John's letter of 31 January 2005 to then Chief Justice of the United States William H. There is no evidence that Bush did not stay overnight in Dallas on 22-23 November according to the advice he gave the FBI earlier that day.

As shown in the Letter to Rehnquist, both George H. W. Bush and Jack Ruby were engaged in the promulgation of Lee Harvey Oswald's false and misleading public persona as a pro-Castro agitator.

The implications of the Bush/Ruby spin on Oswald go to the heart of the matter, and Mr. Baker apparently doesn't want to go there, and finds it convenient to fabricate an alibi for Bush by saying without proof that Bush went home to Houston that Friday afternoon.

Lurking in the background, of course, is the CIA's then Chief of Counterintelligence and "Israel Desk," James Jesus Angleton, who opposed JFK's policy of a nuclear weapons free Middle East and also kept track of Oswald.

Dear Mr. Attorney General,

April Fools' Day has left us unscathed, and I thank the Almighty and Eternally Vigilant Creator of this world and all other worlds.

The price of Liberty is our own vigilance, and we all can and must make a contribution toward this end. So I persist in my endeavor to get to the bottom of the missing, routine video surveillance tapes of passengers and hijackers at the three airports from which the flights of 9/11 are said to have departed.

This issue, together with irrefutable evidence of bogus cell and air phone calls from these flights, as well as of piloting by remote control, indicates the need for a full, fair and impartial investigation of 9/11.

Last week my anticipated opportunity to question your FBI's Assistant Director for Public Affairs, John Miller, who was a guest on James Zogby's TV program Viewpoint, was rudely terminated before I could utter a full sentence. Zogby and Miller did a hit and run by quickly stating they had seen 9/11 airport video evidence.

This prompted me to contact a few of my former colleagues at the US Department of Commerce, who unanimously confirmed they had never seen video surveillance evidence of our Assistant Regional Director Marion Britton, who we were told was on United Airlines Flight 93 which crashed in Pennsylvania. They all told me the only video evidence they had seen was of Mohammad Atta and a companion passing through a metal detector. Like most Americans, they erroneously believed these images came from Logan International Airport in Boston, when in fact they came from Portland Maine International Airport. A fair jury would relish the distinction.

These considerations of truth and justice impinge on our sovereignty. Missing in our deliberations on Afghanistan and Iraq is a fair answer to the Taliban's reasonable request to former President George W. Bush: "Show us the evidence and we will deliver Osama Bin Laden."

Though the invasions and occupations of both countries began, in effect, at these airport gates, we have yet to show accountability to the Taliban or even the American people.

The best way out of Afghanistan and Iraq is to find out how we arrived there in the first place.

Dear Mr. Attorney General,

With joy and great anticipation I share with you and the international community in Washington and here in New York City, every member of the US Congress, House and Senate, as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, advance notice of an upcoming 9/11 moment of truth.

If all goes according to plan, your own Assistant FBI Director for Public Affairs, John Miller, will be a guest on James Zogby's Viewpoint this Thursday at 6PM EDT.

Zogby heads the Arab American Institute (http://www.aaiusa.org), which he founded shortly after the assassination of our dear friend and colleague Alex Odeh in the 1985 bombing of an American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee office near Los Angeles.

Miller has been at the nexus of show biz and crime reporting for decades, and is perhaps best known for his interview with Osama Bin Laden in 1998, which laid the foundation for the background stories and innuendo leading to Bin Laden's virtual conviction before the smoking Twin Towers finally collapsed.

Nearly eight years after 9/11, Zogby may very well reverse Bin Laden's queered chances of a fair trial.

Zogby will have the opportunity to ask Miller this four part question:

(1)    Now, after more than seven full years, we have still not seen ANY credible video surveillance evidence of ANY of the passengers, let alone hijackers, at ANY of the three airports from which the flights of 9/11 are said to have departed. How can this be explained?

(2)    Each airport had the highest "Category X" security rating. So how could ALL three airports fail to produce ANY routine video surveillance evidence of passengers or hijackers exactly simultaneously?

(3)    And isn't it a little suspicious that we were shown two suspects passing through a metal detector at Portland Maine International Airport over and over again ad infinitum? Many people to this day think these images were from Logan airport in Boston.

(4)    As disturbing as all of this is to me -- and this is just the tip of the iceberg with regard to 9/11 -- what is worse is the FBI's seemingly total lack of curiosity and stonewalling of those who ask questions. Will we see real change at the FBI in this regard?

Obama was unwisely impressed and placed the gift on his Oval Office desk, which is made of wood from the HMS Gannett's sister ship, the HMS Resolute.

Obama needs to consider that the HMS Gannett actually patrolled against certain competing slave traders, and Great Britain supported the Confederacy, particularly through Jewish bankers in Liverpool, who would lend Richmond money against future harvests of cotton for England's mills. Of course these future harvests of cotton were to be delivered by the blood, sweat and tears of African slaves.

So Gordon Brown's gift shows deviousness and a condescending attitude toward the most recent American custodian of our "special relationship" with the United Kingdom.

Dear Mr. Attorney General,

If patently bogus cell and air phone calls, and obvious lack of routine airport video surveillance evidence, plus sure indications of remote control piloting of at least two of the four aerial vehicles used in the attacks of 9/11, still do not convince you that a real investigation is in order, let me please press on with my expostulation.

Take for example American Airlines Flight 11, which allegedly opened the attacks when it struck the north tower WTC1. This surprise attack was filmed by the Naudet brothers at Lispenard and Church Streets, three quarters of a mile to the North Northeast of WTC1. Researchers have noted three trucks parked side by side, which gave a protective area in the street for the cameraman, who swung the camera to focus on the point of impact just ahead of the jet. Perhaps this was just luck, but there are those, myself included, who wonder and would like to probe to know more.

I viewed an original copy of the Naudet brothers' film after it was passed to officials in the Fire Department of New York. For me, the bottom line is, I see no engine pods under the wings, which, if the jet was correctly described as a 767, should be clearly visible from three quarters of a mile away. (Three quarters of a mile is the distance, say, between the UN campus and the opposite shore of the East River.) So you see, with no engine pods, I find the official story is preposterous.

Even though the Naudet brothers' film is the only known video of the first attack, and was not broadcast until the next day, President George W. Bush twice said he saw the impact of the first jet live on a TV screen before entering the classroom where, minutes later, Andrew Card brought news of the second attack. These strange utterances by Bush need investigation. And if there is equality under the law, Bush and his cronies should be under oath when deposed by a new 9/11 investigatory commission. I'd like to ask George if he noticed engine pods under the wings.

Why is Rammell repeating the old carrot and stick party line with regard to Iran while in the same breath saying "We very much welcome the US Administration's willingness to engage directly with Iran"?

How can the threat of "expanded sanctions" rest on claims totally devoid of evidence?

Inasmuch as sanctions are a form of warfare causing real damage and usually leading to armed aggression, why isn't Rammell's bluster comdemned as a war crime?

How can the UK & USA persist for so long with their ineffective approaches to Iran's nuclear program?

Dear Mr. Attorney General,

Let me please continue with my exposition on the need for a full, fair and impartial investigation of 9/11.

In previous letters I have dwelt on stong indications that remote control piloting was involved in at least two of the four flights and that the government's official story rests on bogus air and cell phone calls. Just these two elements warrant renewed investigation.

Now consider the suspicious lack of video surveillance images at the three airports of 9/11.

As I stood watching the immediate aftermath of the attacks on the World Trade Center from the southwest corner of the Federal Building on the 37th floor (about 100 feet away from the New York office of the US Air Force in the southeast corner where that jet was headed as it hit its target WTC2), right next to me was the office of my boss, Marion Britton. She was on Flight 93 rising out of Newark at that very moment. I know I never saw Marion again, but for reasons explained here as well as in future letters, I simply can no longer believe the "Let's roll" scenario and all the rest.

At first I wondered why I was never shown -- and never found -- any video surveillance images of Marion at Newark Airport. Gradually I came to realize we have NEVER seen ANY credible video surveillance images of ANY of the passengers -- let alone hijackers -- at ANY of the three airports involved in 9/11. How can this be explained? Why am I still asking for an explanation seven years after the attacks?

And not only have we not had any explanation for the mysterious lack of routine video surveillance evidence from the airports, we as a nation have been badly fooled by endless TV broadcast images of two suspects passing a metal detector at Portland, Maine International Airport.

So we have misdirection on top of curious omission.

To recapitulate: No videos! Bogus air and cell phone calls! Flight paths that can only be explained by remote control technology!

It is time to abandon the "19 Arab hijackers" conspiracy theory and conduct a real investigation. Let's begin!

Let me pick up the thread of my argument for a new investigation of 9/11, where I mentioned strong indications of remote control piloting and bogus air and cell phone calls as main components of a conspiracy.

My colleague at the US Department of Commerce saw the jet over New York harbor as it homed in on the south tower WTC2. He was astounded to see one wing pointing straight up to the sky and the other straight down to the water before leveling off and reaching Manhattan. Other eyewitnesses, including personnel in the Newark Airport control tower, witnessed this highly unusual attitude of a large jet banking hard left at very high speed.

The jet's unerring descending arc of flight into its target created G forces that would have rendered even a seasoned pilot incapable of the maneuver, let alone a flight student on his maiden voyage. So you see, the story of Arab hijackers is not the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

After our US Department of Commerce office on the 37th floor of 26 Federal Plaza had been evacuated shortly after the hit on WTC2, I arrived and briefly viewed the burning Twin Towers from the southwest corner office. A little more than 100 feet away, on the same floor at the southeast corner of the building, is the New York Regional Office of the US Air Force. In hindsight, I see that the jet that hit WTC2 was heading right for this USAF office, but was lined up to hit the south tower first. This, in black and white on this page, is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth!

My own observations, and those of my colleague and other competent eyewitnesses, corroborate the independent findings of the late Colonel Donn de Grand Pre's group, that the attacking jets of 9/11 could only have been flown by remote control. These findings, which were put into the hands of members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff within weeks of 9/11, were not considered at all by the 9/11 Commission.

Instead, the 9/11 Commission ratified news media accounts of the events which depend on bogus air and cell phone calls.

The need for a real investigation of 9/11 is quite clear.

And so, what the Zionists and newspapers in the USA called a "miracle" capture of the Golan Heights might have been seen in a different light by NSA analysts had the USS Liberty not been attacked and could still monitor events.

And the taking of the Golan in less than 24 hours certainly looks suspicious.

The Golan Heights was a well fortified defensive position called the "Little Maginot Line." There were concrete reinforced bunkers one behind the other. Surely such an operation should have taken much more time to complete.

A red flag is raised when you consider Hafez al Asad, the Syrian Defense Minister at the time. Two years after the taking of the Golan 1 2 3, Asad became the only man in world history to lead his nation after losing a significant portion of it's sovereign territory. Think about that!

Dear Mr. Attorney General,

I write again in the hope that I will prevail upon you to reopen the investigation of 9/11 so that better understanding of our past will illuminate our present condition and the steps we still need to take.

In my previous letter I explained how the late Colonel Donn de Grand Pre established remote control as the only possible explanation for the highly unusual flight paths of at least two of the four flights of 9/11. De Grand Pre did this within a week of 9/11, yet the expert testimonies that he gathered were ignored and suppressed in favor of the illogical official conspiracy theory.

But there are other equally compelling reasons to commence a real investigation of 9/11.

For example, cell and air phone calls early on became central to the news media accounts of hijackings on board the jets. These news media accounts were later adopted by the 9/11 Commission as an essential part of the official story. But such cell and air phone calls were impossible to make!

A Canadian university mathematics professor, A. Kee Dewdney (http://physics911.net), conducted his own experiments and found that cell phone calls are virtually impossible from very high altitude or at a jet's cruising speed. My own inquiries, including a USAF Public Affairs officer, confirm the technical impossibility of making cell phone calls from jets at cruising altitudes or speeds. Furthermore, a researcher for Pilots for 9/11 Truth (http://www.pilotsfor911truth.org) contacted American Airlines and obtained confirmation that its 757s do not have air phones.

So you see, there are very significant problems with the official story.

Strong indications of remote control piloting and bogus air and cell phone calls combine to raise red flags indicating the need for a new investigation.

Again, I urge you to conduct such a new investigation. This is your jurisdiction.

Dear Mr. Attorney General,

Congratulations on your new and very important role as our nation's Attorney General. I wish you success in all your endeavors at the US Department of Justice.

President Obama has promised change, and there is no part of our government which needs change more than the Department of Justice. Wrongdoing that is ignored and goes unpunished sets a very bad example and undermines confidence in our public institutions.

And no greater example of wrongdoing is the cover-up of the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth with respect to 9/11. I ask that you look into this matter and give it your highest priority. I offer my help.

In October of 2001, not long after 9/11, the Taliban offered to deliver Osama Bin Laden to the US Government upon receipt of good prima facie evidence showing he and his group were the real perpetrators. Bush treated this offer with contempt, and you know the rest.

Do we really need more troops in Afghanistan when 9/11 evidence would have and could have done just fine?

I firmly believe we must go back to that fork in the road where we took the wrong turn and start over again.

The recently deceased Colonel Donn de Grand Pre (requiescat in pace!) convened a private symposium of military and commerical aviation professionals from 16 to 19 September 2001 and reported the group's unanimous conclusion to the Joint Chiefs of Staff: the aerial vehicles could not have been flown by flight students on their maiden voyages in big jets.

Rather, such daredevil aerial acrobatics as evinced by the aircraft that hit the Pentagon and WTC2 could only have been done by remote control.

From day one, certain people knew these flights were beyond the capabilities of even seasoned pilots. But rather than eliciting their testmonies and analyses, we have drifted along in a conspiracy of silence with devastating consequences for millions of innocent people.

According to 28 United States Code paragraph 372 (c), my petition and complaint at the 11th Circuit Judicial Council had the potential to be referred by the chief judges there to the annual Judicial Conference convened by Chief Justice Rehnquist on the morning of 11 September 2001.

This potential was neutralized when a US Marshall evacuated Rehnquist and 26 of the most senior judges in the USA out a side door into the street.

COUNTING ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTES WHEN OBAMA'S QUALIFICATIONS ARE IN DOUBT
8 January 2009

Citizen of the USA Stephen M. St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and on this day set for a joint session of the US Congress to count the votes of the Electoral College for the next President and Vice President of the USA, warns the Senators and Representatives that the citizenship status of President Elect Barack Obama, and therefore his qualifications to be President of the USA, are still being challenged in the Supreme Court of the United States.

The arguments have not been heard.

The controlling law for this deplorable situation is Section 3 of Amendment XX of the Constitution of the United States.

It therefore behooves all members of the US Congress to move to hold off the count of the Electoral College vote until we have proper discovery and verification of the facts as they pertain to the applicable laws. Such discovery and verification of the facts should occur before Inauguration Day, 20 January 2009.

The plaintiff/petitioners are not asking for the moon, but only for basic facts which the citizens of the USA had a right to know before casting their ballots back on 4 November 2008.

Civil and then legal requests for relevant information have been stonewalled, and now public advocates Orly Taitz (949 586 8110) and Philip J. Berg (610 662 3005) have separate petitions pending at the Supreme Court of the United States.

The Justices have conferences set for these petitions on 9 January and 16 January for case 08-570 and 23 January for case 08A524.

Why risk a Constitutional crisis if the matter must be settled after Inauguration Day?

Why put our national security at risk if fraud undermines the validity of the office and actions of the President of the United States?

What harm can there be in a simple fact check just to be sure everything is copacetic?

Dear Mr. Attorney General,

To continue my thread on the Associated Press, let me point out that the Zionist/USA doctrine of shock and awe, so well camouflaged by the AP as valiant self defense in Gaza, now prompts Gush Shalom (http://www.gush-shalom.org) to proclaim, "The government has mounted the tiger of war. Now it doesn't know how to get off. All of us will pay the price."

Indeed!

But the AP does not neglect the home front, where last week's false reports would have you believe Philadelphia lawyer Philip J. Berg's challenge to President Elect Obama regarding his qualifications to be President was dismissed by the US Supreme Court.

The truth is that the Justices have set two conferences, for 9 and 16 January, to weigh and consider the grave matter Berg has presented. While Berg's arguments based on facts and laws pertaining to Obama's citizenship status and qualifications to be President have yet to be put to the test in a court of law, it is perfectly clear that the AP wants to dumb down the citizenry on vitally important issues both here and abroad.

The news media's connivance in the Big Lie about 9/11 has never been so well documented than in the CNN audio feed to 1010WINS radio station in New York City, which you can hear at the 11:40 minute mark on Richard A. Siegel's film of the WTC building collapses (http://www.911raw.com/).

CNN's Chris Plant, at the Pentagon, related the eyewitness testimony of a USAF senior enlisted man who saw a military helicopter circle the Pentagon and then saw and heard a huge explosion and fireball as the helicopter reached the side of the building next to the helicopter landing zone.

The CNN transmission is promptly cut, and the WINS announcer, Lee, repeats the party line of a jet crash and adds false information that the tail section of the jet was seen by an AP reporter on the scene.

Of course a real investigation of 9/11 will also reveal the praxis of evil's editing "on the fly."
