WHEREAS, the 11th of September 2021 is the twentieth anniversary of the Shock & Awe attacks on the United States; and

WHEREAS, the Co-Chairmen of the 9/11 Commission, Lee Hamilton and Thomas Kean, have stated publicly and published in their book Without Precedent:  the Inside Story of the 9/11 Commission (2007), that the 9/11 Commission was "set up to fail"; and

WHEREAS, many competent researchers find the official story of 9/11 to be false and misleading; and

WHEREAS, David Ray Griffin, whose book 9/11 Unmasked:  An International Review Panel Investigation, focuses with painstaking detail on 51 points that show the official story of 9/11 to be false and misleading, brings us to the logical conclusions that :

1. The Word Trade Center buildings WTC 1 and WTC 2 and WTC 7 were brought down by controlled demolitions and not because of the impacts of the jets, the resultant fires, and gravity only;

2. The then Mayor of New York City, Sir Rudolf Giuliani, had foreknowledge of the collapses of the Twin Towers WTC 1 and WTC 2, and the British Broadcasting Corporation had foreknowledge of the collapse of the Salomon Brothers building, WTC 7;

3. The official stories of the flights of 9/11 cannot possibly be true, which points to cybernetic telecommunications piracy and the commandeering of jets by remote control as the actual causes;

4. The stories of cell and air phone calls from passengers on the allegedly hijacked jets of 9/11 cannot possibly be true, which also strongly suggests cybernetic telecommunications piracy in the form of impersonations of passengers, hijackers, and crew with real-time digital voice morphing software;

5. The total lack of credible surveillance video tapes of the 19 alleged hijackers as well as of the passengers boarding the flights of 9/11 at Logan, Newark, and Dulles airports strongly indicates a global community infected with NOVID-19 by certain members of the broadcast industry;

6. The official account of 9/11 is a complex deception that continues to steer our ship of state;
7. A new and a real investigation of the events of 11 September 2001 is long overdue; and

WHEREAS, certain utterances of Donald John Trump in interviews with WWOR TV on 11 September 2001 and with German TV Channel N24 on 13 September 2001 reveal his participation in a false flag military intelligence operation to frame and blame Arab Semites and Muslims for the Shock & Awe attacks on New York and Washington on 11 September 2001, and thereby fabricate with his fake news a pretext for invasions, occupations, and wars in the Middle East; and

WHEREAS, Donald Trump's false claim in his WWOR TV interview on 11 September 2001 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rt-ldMj9y9w) that the structures of the World Trade Center Twin Towers, WTC 1 and WTC 2, lacked central core columns and were built "like a can of soup," was fake news to prepare the public to accept the false and misleading "pancaking" theory of collapse of the Twin Towers.  This "pancaking" theory became part of the false and misleading official story of 9/11 in 2004 and again in 2008 with the National Institute of Standards & Technology's report, which was the result of an ex post facto law that is illegal under our Constitution of the United States; and

WHEREAS, Donald Trump, in his interview with German TV Channel N24 on 13 September 2001 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aoYXihwcp8c), said he had about 225 of his men working in the rubble of the Ground Zero crime scene "to get rid of what's there."  The Ground Zero crime scene was under the control of the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Robert Mueller, who, 16 years later, would become Trump's Russiagate Grand Inquisitor!  Did Trump and Mueller collude to clean the crime scene of black boxes from the attacking aircrafts as well as evidence of controlled demolitions in order to shore up the false and misleading "pancaking" theory of collapse of the Twin Towers as the result of the jet impacts, the subsequent fires, and gravity only?; and

WHEREAS, such a plan to frame and blame Arab Semites and Muslims so as to wage aggressive wars against them is actionable under Principle VI(a)(i) and VI(a)(ii) of the Nuremberg Principles; and

WHEREAS, the born again Taliban government in Afghanistan should remind Western nations that on 22 September 2001, the Taliban government responded to the ultimatum and threats of United States President George W. Bush by offering to hand over Osama Bin Laden on condition that evidence of his and Al Qa'ida's involvement in the attacks of 9/11 be shown to them first, and that Bush rejected this fair and reasonable offer to avoid war so as to pursue his long-laid plans to wage aggressive wars in the Middle East in furtherance of certain private interests and against international law, and that this malfeasance on the part of President Bush is actionable under Principle VI(a)(i) and VI(a)(ii) of the Nuremberg Principles (copies of Nuremberg Principles and ABC News report appear below);

NOW, THEREFORE, Citizen of the United States of America Stephen M. St. John calls for a Day of Remembrance and Resolve to pursue Truth and Justice for all victims of the attacks on New York and Washington and of the ensuing wars; and

Nuremberg Principles

Principle I

Any person who commits an act which constitutes a crime under international law is responsible therefor and liable to punishment.

Principle II

The fact that internal law does not impose a penalty for an act which constitutes a crime under international law does not relieve the person who committed the act from responsibility under international law.

Principle III

The fact that a person who committed an act which constitutes a crime under international law acted as Head of State or responsible Government official does not relieve him from responsibility under international law.

Principle IV

The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him.

Principle V

Any person charged with a crime under international law has the right to a fair trial on the facts and law.

Principle VI

The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under international law:

(a) Crimes against peace: (i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;    (ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).

(b) War crimes:  Violations of the laws or customs of war which include, but are not limited to, murder, ill treatment or deportation to slave-labour or for any other purpose of civilian population of or in occupied territory, murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war, of persons on the seas, killing of hostages, plunder of public or private property, wanton destruction of cities, towns, or villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity.

(c) Crimes against humanity:  Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhuman acts done against any civilian population, or persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds, when such acts are done or such persecutions are carried on in execution of or in connection with any crime against peace or any war crime.

Principle VII

Complicity in the commission of a crime against peace, a war crime, or a crime against humanity as set forth in Principle VI is a crime under international law.

Taliban Rejects Bush Ultimatum

Afghanistan’s ruling Taliban rejected President Bush’s ultimatum Friday, vowing to continue to protect Osama bin Laden and his terrorist followers even if that provokes a war and the destruction of the regime.

Word of the Taliban’s refusal to comply with Bush’s blunt demands came from the regime’s ambassador to Pakistan, who said there is no evidence linking Bin Laden and his Al Qaeda organization to the suicide hijackings that destroyed the World Trade Center, damaged the Pentagon and killed more than 6,000 people.

“If there is no evidence and proof, we’re not prepared to give up Osama bin Laden,” Abdul Salam Zaeef told a press conference in Islamabad, Pakistan’s capital.
