Professor Peter BowalUniversity of Calgary19 July
2008Dear Professor Bowal,Greetings from New York City. I happened upon your very interesting
description of 9/11 events at the Judicial Conference in Washington during a Google search and, being curious about you, looked
and found out about your administrative ordeal. I am happy to see that it is obvious you prevailed and have your position
back.Has it ever occurred to you that someone
in the USA wanted you out of Washington and the halls of the US Supreme Court? How else do you explain such a bizzare
chain of events that curtailed your presitigious Judicial Fellowship at this most prestigious institution? How does
a rare honor both for you, a uniquely qualified individual, and your university come to such an unexpected end? Did
this odd fate really originate from within your university?May I suggest a conspiracy theory? Please entertain it in your mind and not dismiss it with ridicule from the
start. From July 2001 through early January
2002 the Judicial Council of the 11th Circuit in Atlanta was deliberating on my petition for review of the Chief Judge's dismissal
of my complaint of judicial misconduct against a federal bankruptcy judge in Miami, Florida who has repeatedly made false
and misleading statements about the attack on the USS Liberty during the Six Day War of 1967.The Judicial Council had the option to bring the matter to the attention
of the Judicial Conference, which would have raised consternation in the Zionist community here and elsewhere. For me,
this would have been a public relations coup of astronomical proportions. At stake would be public support and sympathy
for the Zionists within the USA. This, of course, is a very touchy subject. Then out of the blue came this 9/11 event, and subsequent doubts about the official story, the 9/11
Commission Report. There are those who maintain 9/11 was engineered so as to create a pretext for enactment of long
laid Zionist-Neoconservative plans to occupy the Middle East and secure Israel. I believe this is very likely the case.
I believe a real investigation will show this to be true. From my point of view, the timing of the 9/11 event was most convenient for the Zionists in that it effectively forestalled
even the possibility of raising the issue of my complaint, formally or informally, at the Judicial Conference. I had
no notice from the Judicial Council that my complaint/petition would be taken up at the Judicial Conference. I didn't
even know until earlier this year, 2008, that the Judicial Conference had taken place on 11 September 2001. Yet, law
and practice allow chief judges wide latitude in such matters. And so the possibility existed on 9/11 that my complaint/petition
would receive the attention it deserved.Did
you see or hear anything about my complaint during your Judicial Fellowship? Are you at liberty to say?Do you have any clue who the "politicians and their entourages"
were who departed from the Judicial Conference before the Marshall ordered the evacuation? Are you at liberty to say?Is it normal procedure at a Judicial Conference for politicians
and their entourages to attend? You rightly
said Americans were wrapping themselves in the flag of the USA right after 9/11. But please realize many were pinning
on the Star of David as well. Netanyahu actually said the attacks were "good for Israel"!The Judicial Council of the 11th Circuit after an unusually
long delay finally upheld the Chief Judge's original order of dismissal of my complaint of judicial misconduct. This
happened in early January 2002. But there was additional correspondence that lasted through June 2002, shortly before
you were forced by very highly unusual circumstances to end prematurely your Judicial Fellowship.Did the USS Liberty issue cause battlelines to be drawn, so to speak, in
the highest counsels of our Judicial Branch and elsewhere in Washington? Did your presence constitute a threat of exposure
of behind the scenes machinations?Did someone
in an ultra tight end game decide to kick over the chessboard? Were you collateral damage, as the expression goes? There is a mixture of fact and intuition and some speculation
in what I have presented to you thus far. I hope you will be interested in looking into this more. Any feedback,
even if negative, will be appreciated.I have
put together a "work in progress" outlining my adventure with the 11th Circuit Judicial Council in an article entitled
A 9/11 Timeline: Did Laughter of the Judges bring down the WTC Twin Towers? It can be read on my website http://www.show-the-house.com. Just look for the article in the
navigation bar at left and click. The article contains scanned documents so please give it enough time to download.I thank you for having read this far, and hope I will hear
from you. With kind regards,Stephen M. St. John Alas,
I had no reply to my email to Professor Bowal, and we can no longer read his own account of his ordeal when he lost his professorship
and was forced prematurely to end his Judicial Fellowship at the US Supreme Court. You see, the Google links below no
longer work as of 20 August 2008. But I took this picture of them as evidence that these links exist. As expected,
references to Professor Bowal's judicial wipeout are altogether cleansed from the upstart search engine CUIL.
